The AALITRA Review – Open Access Policy

For Readers

The AALITRA Review is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

For Authors

Articles published by The AALITRA Review are published in Open Access, under a CC BY-NC-ND license.

Please note that authors are not charged any fees, submission fees, publication fees or article processing charges (APCs).

Authors who publish with The AALITRA Review agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial No Derivatives License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. As it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work, authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their websites) prior to and during the submission process :
